The first cleanup may be free with recurring weekly or twice-weekly service if the yard is in normal condition. Heavily neglected yards or yards not cleaned in 30+ days may require a one-time cleanup fee.

No. There are no long-term contracts, and you can pause or cancel service anytime.

Standard pricing applies to normal residential yards. Larger yards may be priced like adding an additional dog for every extra quarter acre. One-time cleanups start at $75, while heavy cleanups, yards not cleaned in 30+ days, or very large yards may require a custom quote.

We make a reasonable effort to remove visible dog waste from accessible areas of the serviced yard. Collected waste is bagged and hauled away, and recurring customers receive a service-completed update.

No. Service days are scheduled by route, but exact arrival times can vary because of traffic, holidays, weather, and other operating conditions. Saved access instructions help us complete service even when you are not home.

No. As long as we can access the yard, you do not need to be home. Gate codes and access notes can be kept on file. We’ll follow your saved instructions, and if we cannot access the yard, we’ll send a locked-gate update so you know what happened.

Friendly dogs may be able to remain outside when it is safe to do so. Dogs that are aggressive, territorial, unpredictable, or uncomfortable with service providers must be kept indoors or otherwise safely secured during the visit.

Tall grass, heavy leaves, standing water, debris, toys, equipment, and other obstructions can hide waste or make areas unsafe to reach. Keeping the yard reasonably visible and accessible helps us provide the most complete cleanup possible.

After signup, we’ll confirm your quote and schedule and send you an invite to your secure Poo Pirates client portal. The system keeps your service address, dog details, gate and access notes, schedule preferences, and billing setup in one place. Recurring service is billed monthly to a card on file, and you can use the portal to manage billing, view your service schedule, and update account details.

Additional charges may apply for approved add-ons, one-time cleanups, extra work that you approve, materially different yard conditions, or a scheduled visit that cannot be completed because the yard is inaccessible or unsafe. We aim to communicate quote changes before completing work outside the agreed service scope.

Rain, lightning, flooding, tropical weather, excessive heat, unsafe roads, or other conditions may require us to delay, reschedule, or adjust the route. We will service the yard as soon as reasonably practical once conditions allow, although an exact makeup time cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. If your dogs will not be using the yard because of travel, boarding, illness, or another reason, request the pause in advance. Visits that are already scheduled, routed, or billed may remain chargeable when enough notice is not provided.

Yes. Waste removal is included with recurring service. We bag it and haul it away after each visit.

Yes. Tools and equipment are sanitized with a kennel-grade disinfectant between yards as part of our professional service process.

Yes. A pet-safe yard deodorizing treatment can be added to a recurring plan for $25 per month. It is applied after cleanup to help freshen common pet areas and high-traffic spots.
